These are the reasons many of us embark on the entrepreneurial journey. Like countless other mompreneurs, I started ELF Operations as a VA side hustle to regain financial control and carve out the time freedom I desperately needed as a new single mother. After leaving an abusive relationship at just 22, I was in survival mode—determined to give my baby everything she needed and to be present for all the precious moments.
Before helping clients find their own freedom and flexibility, I honed my skills in Operations Management, where I scheduled and planned resources for multi-million-dollar projects. From the start, I built my business on a foundation of automation and efficiency, allowing me to juggle a full-time job, run ELF Operations, be a full-time mom, and focus on healing.
Now, I’m passionate about helping women not just survive but THRIVE in lives they love through our Thrive Over Survive Motto:
