Welcome to ELF Operations: A Personal Introduction from your Digital Consultant!

Hello and welcome to my digital corner, ELF Operations. I’m Emma Ferrick (now Snyder), your guide and ally in navigating the complex world of business operations. With a rich history of overcoming personal and professional challenges, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering others, especially women, to transform their lives from mere survival to absolute thriving through running an efficient business they love.

A Little About Me

My journey from a struggling single mother to the founder of ELF Operations speaks volumes of resilience and determination. As a digital consultant, best-selling author, and a mother juggling life’s chaos with grace, I’ve turned my adversities into strengths. Married to an incredible entrepreneur, our combined passion fuels our family and our businesses, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
 

My Turning Point

Emerging from an environment where life felt chaotic and hopeless, I transformed my pain into purpose. I reclaimed my life from the grips of domestic violence and skepticism. At 21 I was a single mother who was just starting out her career in a male dominated field. I was constantly seen as not enough. I didn’t have what it took. The criticism from my abuser, gaslighting me into believing I would never run a business or find love, fueled my transformation. Rejecting the victim mentality, I seized control over my finances and time, vital aspects I once felt slipping away. Starting ELF Operations set me on my path to healing and I am so grateful for all the men and women I have met through out this journey who have helped me.
 
Today, I’m not just surviving; I’m thriving, managing four businesses with my supportive husband and cherishing every moment with our three daughters. This metamorphosis underscores my journey from powerlessness to empowerment, defining the ethos of ELF Operations. When we see problems we dive into them head first to problem solve. Chaos doesn’t scare us. We love turning that chaos into control.

Fun Facts and Personal Interests

From being a coffee fanatic to writing ‘Business on Purpose‘, my life is a testament to finding joy and purpose in every cup and every word. My children and my partnership in life and business are my daily reminders of love, resilience, and humor.

My husband and I are crazy passionate about growing our businesses while being present for our girls. Between the two of us we have four businesses and counting! 

Our businesses include: ELF Operations, a Home Remodeling company (Modcon), a Real Estate Investment company (Incline Reality), and we are in the process of acquiring two more, so follow along our crazy journey.

 “Thrive over Survive” isn’t just a motto; it’s a lived  experience. It’s about breaking free from the chains of the past and embracing a future filled with joy, peace, and success. We’re here to transform lives, not just businesses. Life is to short not to enjoy it in all areas!

Thrive over Survive is a mission to get as many women out of  survival mode that we can. This means we strive to add value and support in every interaction whether it be collaborations, trainings, employment, mentorship, resources, or as our clients.  We want to help you simplify your life so you can enjoy the little things in life, like making pancakes on a Friday morning with your kids because you can! This is what we call THRIVER mode, living a life you love.
